We provide handcrafted artisan keycaps and wrist rests to make your setup beautiful than ever.
What's the exact order process?
- After selecting the keycap of interest, you can place an order from this site. While placing an order you'll find options to customize your order viz keycap profile, length, or styles.
- We'll make a custom and unique keycap just for you.
- Once the keycap is ready, we'll share photos with you to get a final confirmation.
- Once you are 100% satisfied, we'll ship your order.
Can I customize my keycap?
A big YES. As a matter of fact, every single keycap that we do has some level of customization that we receive after multiple conversations with our patrons. We've made an entirely new style because somebody requested it.
Can I alter my order after placing it?
Yes, you can replace one or more keycaps from your order with similar-priced keycaps.
What if I receive defective keycap?
Before shipping the keycap, we thoroughly inspect it for any defects. But if you receive a bad keycap, you can request a 1 on 1 free replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, once you've placed your order. We can't cancel it.
